Apply to **Video Interview

Hello!

EngageCX invites you to complete a personal video interview for consideration in our work-from-home programs. Please read and follow the directions carefully. The link to submit your video is located at the bottom of this email.


Before You Begin

  • Use a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cord required).

  • Record with a USB headset (no earbuds or built-in mics).

  • Use ScreenPal (no webcams).

  • Keep your video between 2–4 minutes and under 20 MB. If your file is too large, re-record and save per instructions.

  • Submissions with background noise or sent by email will not be accepted.


Recording Your Interview

  1. Open ScreenPal from your desktop.

  2. Plug in your USB headset.

  3. Click the Red REC button. A short countdown will begin.

  4. Follow the script and questions below.


Script & Questions

Introduction (start with this):
“Hello, my name is [First & Last Name]. I reside in [City, State], which is in the [Time Zone].”

Q&A – Please answer each question clearly:

  1. Are you currently working or going to school?
  2. What is your shift ability? Our standard work days are Monday-Friday, with some weekend shift opportunities available. At this time, we are only offering full-time contracts (40 hours/week).
  3. ​​​​​​​Can you fully commit to the selected shift for the first 30 days without variance?
  4. Do you have previous call center experience? If yes: Inbound, Outbound, or Both?
  5. Why are you seeking a work-from-home call center position?
  6. Have you worked from home before? If yes, for how long and with which company?
  7. What products or services have you represented?
  8. How do you handle objections on calls?
  9. Why should we contract with you?
  10. How have you prepared your workspace to remain quiet, secure, and professional?

Saving Your Video

  1. Click the Pause (II) button to end your recording.
  2. File Type: MP4
  3. File Name: Do not change
  4. Folder: Save to Desktop
  5. Click Publish​​​​​​​
  6. Locate your file on the desktop and play it back to confirm:
  • Audio is clear and easy to hear.
  • ​​​​​​​All content is included.

What Happens Next

Once submitted, you will receive an email with instructions to complete Proof of Identity and Address Verification.

​​​​​​​After verification, your file enters review. If selected, you’ll be contacted by one of our team members to select your shift and a contract will be issued via Rippling for e-signature.

​​​Should you chose to accept the terms of your contract, you will be sent an invitation via email from our background check vendor, Checkr, to initiate the background check process. Background checks are paid for by EngageCX.

We will notify you once your review is complete.
