Hello!
EngageCX invites you to complete a personal video interview for consideration in our work-from-home programs. Please read and follow the directions carefully. The link to submit your video is located at the bottom of this email.
Before You Begin
Use a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cord required).
Record with a USB headset (no earbuds or built-in mics).
Use ScreenPal (no webcams).
Keep your video between 2–4 minutes and under 20 MB. If your file is too large, re-record and save per instructions.
Submissions with background noise or sent by email will not be accepted.
Recording Your Interview
Open ScreenPal from your desktop.
Plug in your USB headset.
Click the Red REC button. A short countdown will begin.
Follow the script and questions below.

Introduction (start with this): “Hello, my name is [First & Last Name]. I reside in [City, State], which is in the [Time Zone].”

What Happens Next
Once submitted, you will receive an email with instructions to complete Proof of Identity and Address Verification. After verification, your file enters review. If selected, you’ll be contacted by one of our team members to select your shift and a contract will be issued via Rippling for e-signature.
We will notify you once your review is complete.
