Engage with inbound Medicare recipients interested in exploring available plans and benefits. Our Bilingual agent must speak both Spanish and English clearly to gather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare plans, pre-qualify them to ensure they meet the essential criteria, and seamlessly transfer the interested and qualified individual to a licensed Medicare agent for further assistance.
This project works Monday through Friday.
Full-time 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.
Full-time 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.
All trainees bilingual in Spanish and English will be compensated $15.00 per hour for training hours.
Once you have graduated to the phone, you will earn $16.00 per hour.
Agents bilingual in Spanish and English will receive a $500 hiring bonus after completing a full 90 days.

EngageCX offers weekly direct deposits once set up in payroll, which takes two full weeks.
